Automation & supervision of clay preparation

We modernized the clay preparation process at Rairies Montrieux, an artisanal brickworks in Anjou (France), from raw material reception to the production line hoppers.

• Electrical design study

• Machine visualization including recipes, parameters, and control loops

This project is part of a broader renovation program, during which we previously renewed the mechanical components of the clay preparation section (box feeders, conveyors, etc.) and conducted an energy audit to reduce our client’s energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
