New automatic production line for tile accessories.
Over 60 different types of accessory have to be handled, and 8 different H carriers are used in the production process.
This is a complex project in terms of automation. The output achieved is 15 tiles per minute for accessories. For some products, the system operates at a maximum capacity of 20 tiles/min.
Quality is achieved by means of highly homogeneous drying in the new chamber dryer, and transport via independent supports to avoid chipping tiles during handling of dry products and improve engobing quality, and universal rack supports. 2D and 3D vision systems enable precise product handling, while preserving product quality.
