Installation ofa 3D vision system for precise mounting of Hs accessories. Ceratec integrated the 3D vision system with the product infeed and 2 inserting robots. Peak output is 1,200 products/h, and the system operates 2 shifts a day, 7 days a week. The installation is completed by Cleia’s renovation of the Hs circuit.
