A preparation line

Wienerberger: Rumst (BE)

Ceratec has successfully delivered a new clay preparation line, a clay cellar and a pudding stretcher to Wienerberger’s Rumst site, enabling them to distinguish themselves in terms of the quality and reproducibility of their product range.

Händle and Bedeschi machines have been integrated into this clay preparation line.

The complete installation was delivered by Ceratec as a turnkey project, i.e. we took care of the layout, engineering, integration of the Händle and Bedeschi machines, conveyors and filling system, all safety measures, assembly, electrical control, supervision system and commissioning.
