New clay preparation & shaping line

Euronit Building Materials: Koscian (PL)

We have supplied a new clay preparation line, an earth cellar and a shaping line for the Euronit Building Materials Poland plant of the Etex Group. The installation enables the plant to produce 30 million roof tiles and 2.4 million accessories per year, under the Creaton brand. New machines from Händle and Bongioanni Machine, as well as some used Händle and Rieter machines, have been integrated into a coherent whole. All second-hand machines were completely overhauled. The electrical control system has been renewed, and equipment safety has been brought up to current standards.
