Ceratec recently completed a major logistics project for Ecofrost at their Péronne site. The goal was to automate and optimize the flow of goods between the loading docks and the manual cold storage facility.
In total, 150 conveyors were installed to ensure seamless connectivity between the receiving/shipping docks and the storage areas equipped with drive-in and mobile racks.
The implemented solution allows for a throughput of 80 inbound and 80 outbound pallets per hour, fully meeting the client’s high demands in terms of efficiency and flexibility.
