Ceratec was entrusted with the engineering, manufacture and installation of machinery for handling and transporting fiber-cement panels:
- Stacking machine
- Unloading the machine before autoclaving
- Unloading the machine after autoclaving
- Transferring cars and carts onto rails
Factory acceptance test
The video shows a short extract from the FAT. During a FAT, we test the controls and programming of a machine in our assembly shop, with or without the customer being present. The impressive destacking machine shown here has passed the fire test and is now ready to be transported to Nigeria.
About the customer
The new production line is destined for Nigerite, an Etex company producing fiber cement roof and ceiling panels.
