As part of the Eastern Sugar project in Thailand, Ceratec’s Electrical Installations Industry division collaborated with DSEC, the company in charge of the overall project execution. Ceratec was commissioned to implement the boiling automation concepts developed by DSEC.
The scope of our intervention covered the complete programming of the automation system as well as the manufacturing of the control cabinets for 21 sugar vacuum pans. This project highlights the complementarity of technical expertise between the two companies:

DSEC Expertise: The implemented approach enabled a reduction in steam consumption within the plant and a qualitative optimization of the crystallization process.

Ceratec Expertise: Our teams addressed the technical challenge related to the implementation of the plant’s operational control. The main objective was to ensure the transition from manual operation to fully automated management for 180 m³ batch vacuum pans. This automation ensures precise, repeatable, and secure control of the production processes.
