The construction of a new central kitchen for API Restoration in Nord-Pas-De-Calais, providing daycare centres, retirement homes and schools with prepared meals. At first, these will be mainly meals for the youngest and oldest, with an initial target of 1 000 meals and a long-term target of 3 000 meals a day.
The new kitchen will extend over 3 000m² with a building of 900m² divided into offices and kitchens. The API offices currently located in Saint-Omer will move to the new location.
We carried out the complete general electrical installation:
- TGBT power supply and electrical switchboards
- electrical dividers
- power distribution for all kitchen appliances
- inside and outside lighting
- safety lighting
- fire detection
- VDI distribution
- installation of telephony
