Ceratec has had an Advisory Board, composed of family members, for many years. This board provides strategic advice and acts as a sparring partner for the management, with a view to sustainable growth and forward-looking choices.
Since this summer, the board has been strengthened by two external members: Lieven Danneels and Stefaan Lauwers. These two experienced executives have proven themselves in the industry and will help us realise our ambitions in terms of internationalisation, innovation and digitalisation.
Who are our new advisers?
Lieven Danneels is co-CEO of Televic Group, a technology company specialising in communication solutions. Under his leadership, Televic has become an international player with branches in China, Bulgaria and the United States, among other countries. Lieven is active on various advisory boards and management bodies, including VOKA, IMEC and Hogeschool VIVES.
Stefaan Lauwers is CEO of VYNCKE, a family business that builds biomass power plants around the world. He started his career at Unilin, where he gained international experience in France and the United States. In 2013, he joined VYNCKE, where he is now the first external CEO. Stefaan sits on various advisory boards within the industry.
Empowering innovation
We are particularly pleased to welcome Lieven and Stefaan to our advisory board. Their experience, network and fresh perspective will help us move forward with confidence.
