On November 22, Ceratec hosted its traditional Saint Nicholas reception. This event, intended for staff and their families, aims to strengthen internal relationships while emphasizing technical awareness among the younger generation.
Beyond the distribution of gifts and recreational activities such as face painting or balloon twisting, the program was distinguished by its educational approach focused on science and technology. Specific workshops were established to introduce children to the fundamentals of engineering and electronics.
Participants had the opportunity to learn basic computer programming through robot control. In parallel, a construction workshop allowed for the creation of structures (robots or houses) integrating a functional electrical component. This activity required the soldering of lighting systems, allowing children to handle real components under supervision.
These initiatives highlight Ceratec’s commitment to promoting technical professions and sparking interest in industry and engineering among future generations.
