Next Step: Ceratec Bridges Technical Education and Industry through Practical Immersion

As part of its talent development strategy and aimed at strengthening ties with the educational sector, Ceratec organized the “Next Step” event. This initiative brought together 153 students in the morning and 104 in the afternoon, totaling 257 participants from 7 different technical schools.

The main objective of the day was to confront academic theory with the operational requirements of the industry. Students participated in a series of rotating workshops designed to reflect the core competencies of our departments:

  1. Engineering and Electricity: Presentation of challenges related to industrial automation and complex electrical installations, the core business of our Electrical Installations division.

  2. Metallurgy and Construction: Detailed tour of the welding and mechanical workshops, illustrating our in-house production capabilities for metal structures.

  3. Digital Innovation: Demonstration of Virtual Reality (VR) applications in project design and operator training.

  4. Operations and Maintenance: Explanation of After-Sales Service (SAV) processes, ensuring the longevity of equipment installed for our international clients.

This event confirms Ceratec’s commitment to promoting technical careers and anticipating tomorrow’s recruitment needs.
