Intelligent use of the latest robotics and control technologies means that bricks or blocks and accessories (lintels, etc.) can be fed and positioned automatically and precisely, aligned in frames or by combining products of different lengths.
If required, products can be cut to the desired length using waterjet or dry cutting technology.
This increased degree of automation translates into a further reduction in personnel costs and a consistent output throughout the manufacturing process.
