The 2026 edition of our annual Next Step event brought together nearly 250 students from secondary and higher education to our Ploegsteert site. The objective of this day is to bridge the gap between the academic world and industrial reality.
Students had the opportunity to participate in various practical workshops led by our experts. The agenda included robotics demonstrations, motor cabling sessions, virtual reality experiences, as well as presentations on our energy and security solutions. These interactive sessions allow future professionals to better understand current technological challenges and discover the diverse career opportunities within Ceratec.
