Lille’s new central kitchen

Lille’s central kitchen in Fives prepares all the menus for the city’s canteens. A 4,600 m² building, flanked by a 55-space parking lot. Here, 60 employees cook meals for the children of Lille’s schools, crèches and day-care centers in Lille, Hellemmes and Lomme.
