Stubbe Tobacco’s entire production process is fully automated and computer controlled. A few years ago, Ceratec constructed a fully automatic buffer warehouse in the production area with a Counterbalance AGV supplying the various production lines.

Now, with the arrival of 4 additional Forkover AGVs, the rest of the internal transport is also carried out by AGVs.

• AGVs 2, 3 and 4 bring the pallets with finished products from the production environment to the winder and from the winder to the warehouse.
• AGV 5 is used in the shipping department, where it prepares pallets for the loading zone.
