Quotation
In each project, we work with the customer to find the most efficient solution for his specific production process.
We try to define the customer's request as clearly as possible.
If necessary, we also make a preliminary study with 3D preliminary designs.
Capturing the concept
Our presales engineers further develop the proposal conceptually. We discuss this with the customer and make adjustments where necessary.
At the customer's request, 3D, robotic and virtual reality simulations can already be performed in this phase, as well as flow simulations in order to offer the most successful solutions.
In this phase, we also set delivery deadlines and other agreements.
Engineering
In our engineering department as many as 100 colleagues work together according to the mechatronics principle, and every day they take further steps towards industry 4.0.
Ceratec has 4 specialized engineering offices, each consisting of a multidisciplinary team of experts, engineers, draughtsmen and programmers. These engineering offices are supported in their core tasks by a team of Machine Safety experts, and CAD/PLM specialists.
Manufacturing
Ceratec has its own workshops for both metalworking and electrical sign construction
Assembly & testing
Once all the parts are made or purchased, we begin the assembly and wiring. Then we test down to the smallest details so that the placement & startup at the customer's site takes as little time as possible.
Customer installation
Ceratec technicians come to your facility to set up, wire and start up the entire installation.
During that start-up phase, we monitor everything closely until the installation works flawlessly, after which we perform a SAT (Site Acceptance Test) together with the customer.
After sales service
Ceratec's service team is an inseparable part of our role as a total care provider, because even after the commissioning of each installation, the customer can continue to count on Ceratec's support.
After delivery of your project, we offer various after-sales services such as preventive and curative maintenance contracts, a connection to external machinery, etc. Good spare parts management supports this service.
