Ceratec renewed an existing packaging line for this customer. In addition to the installation of 4 new robots, 3 existing robots were fully integrated and equipped with 2D vision.

• Integration of a robot for the destacking line
• Integration of 2D vision on 2 existing robots for visual line tracking when making mini packages
• Integration of the 2 strapping machines for parcels
• Installation of 2 new robots for forming a beam with roof tiles on a support chassis
• Implementation of a large robot that picks up the beam and places it on the roller conveyor to the new strapping machine.
• That same robot places the strapped beams on the pallet, and sets up empty pallets.
• Implementation of a small robot that places the intermediate bars on the pallet
• Integration of the shrink wrapping machine
