Steinzeug Keramo: Frechen (DE)

Just after the vertical extrusion, the robot (Fanuc M-2000ia) takes the interlocking pipes by means of a vacuum gripper. An automatic procedure adapts the pipes on both sides. The robot turns the pipes recently pressed 180°C and puts them on a dryer car. In the production of interlocking pipes, a robot (Fanuc M-2000iA/1200kg) is used. The heaviest pipes (DN 600), in this dimension, have a diameter of 600 mm and weight approximately 1 ton.
