For the Bristal department of the brickmaking plant of Ploegsteert, we installed a new grinding machine. 

The machine is used for grinding (grinding speed of 22m/min) and palletizing of bricks from an existing destacking station. One set of conveyors provides the transition and the placement in series of the bricks to the grinding machine, another set of conveyors provides the transition to palletization after the grinding machine.

After rectification, a robot takes care of the palletizing, the packaging is insured by an OMS wrapper, a strapping device can also be placed, the output of the packed products is provided by a set of conveyor belts. 

A waste belt underneath the machine makes it possible to remove the waste.
