Guldensporencollege Kaai Kortrijk constructed a new building for the second degree (7 200 m²) and a new building for the third degree (3 700 m²). The 2nd degree consists of 3 floors with study room, administration, classrooms, bathroom and gym. The renovation for the 3rd degree consists of the conversion of an old banquet room into a dining room, multimedia room and gymnasium.

Ceratec installed the general electrical installation techniques, high voltage installation, fire protection and solar panels for the new building.
