Ceratec was commissioned to engineer, manufacture and install the handling and conveying machines for a new fibre-cement plate production unit:

• Piling machine
• Depiling machine before the autoclave
• Depiling afther the autoclave
• Transfer cars and dollies on tracks

Factory Acceptance Test

The video shows a short fragment of the FAT. During a FAT, we test control and programming of a machine in our assembly workshop, whether or not in the presence of the customer. The impressive unloading machine shown here passed with flying colours, and is now ready for transport to Nigeria.

About the customer

The new production line is destined for Nigerite, an Etex company, producing a wide variety of designs in fibre-cement roofing and ceiling sheets.
