The former site of the Kortrijk cotton mill was recently transformed into a modern office complex with a large car park.

Bessa Benelux created 'Cotton Business Park’, an innovative business complex consisting of 3 buildings, all equipped with the latest technology.

In the 1st phase of the development (2 500 m²), we carried out the general electrical installation in building A (NaviTrans). Ceratec was responsible for installing the high-voltage system and the general electrical installation (lighting, light control, sockets, etc.) We were also responsible for security in the building, where we installed fire detection and access control. The entire building was equipped with an ambient sound system and an electric charging station with facilities for adding two extra charging stations at a later date.

In the 2nd phase, Ceratec installed utilities in the site. We were responsible for the outdoor lighting, camera surveillance, gate control and electric charging stations.

The 3rd phase, the 11 000 m² ‘Vaart’ building, is currently being developed. In this phase, Ceratec will carry out general electrical installation work, data communication, security and a new assignment for this building: solar protection control.
