Ceratec was responsible for the realization of the entire drying plate circuit for Röben in Poland.
This is where Ceratec faced some major challenges:

• Very large roof tiles are produced in this factory, namely roof tiles of 10 pieces/m². The roof tiles are handled at a very high peak speed, namely 3 tiles per second.
• In addition, new types of roof tile presses were integrated, whereby 2 x 4 large roof tiles are simultaneously formed.

Finally, we were responsible for the entire circuit of engobing or glazing the roof tiles and the drying cart circuit.
