New automated production line for roof-tile accessories.

• The line can handle more than 60 types of accessories in different sizes
• 8 different H-supports are used in the production process.
• The maximum capacity for accessories is 15 roof tiles/minute.
• For some products, the system can even handle 20 roof tiles/minute

The homogeneous dehydration provided by the new room dryer and transport on independent supports, which prevent roof tiles from peeling during the handling of dry products, keep quality high. Thanks to 2D and 3D vision systems, products are handled with total precision and quality levels are maintained.
