"My role at Ceratec is to create the schedules, I take care of people's training, I also prepare the projects with the programmers, I develop new standards and I check the electrical plans," explains Matthieu. "There are many open doors and opportunities. We are supported to develop the necessary skills for a task, a job, or a career development."

What He Likes About His Work
"When the machine starts running, it’s really a fulfillment. We’ve worked for several months, and the machine works, that’s the fulfillment. We are a big company, but it’s still quite familial. Everyone knows everyone, so we have very good collaboration within the team, but also with other teams."
