Charlotte has been working at Ceratec as a Finance Officer for almost 5 years.

"My job starts with creating a project, looking up the customer and seeing if they are creditworthy. Then I create the project in SAP and set up the quotation. Once the quote is approved by the customer, the quote is converted to project, then I follow up with interim and final invoicing. Finally, this is followed by closing the project (with the necessary checks).

What do I like about my job? In my position, you get an overview of all the projects within the company. I also like the variety between the figures and the contacts with the different project leaders."

In addition to her job, Charlotte also trains for the BC horse dressage. In 2020, she was diagnosed with MS after a fall from her horse. "I wanted to turn something negative into something positive. After 23 years of horseback riding, I started riding paradise competitions last year. First regionally, then national competitions which also went well and now I am participating in the BK paradressage at the end of May. And in April I will participate in my first international competition. I was selected by the "Ligue Handisport Francophone" to be part of their team (talent plan) and I hope to go to the Paralympic Games in Los Angeles in 2028. It is exhausting but those challenges give me a drive! I'm getting all these opportunities now and I'm taking everything now!"
