This fully automated plant has a nominal capacity of 150,000 tonnes of hollow bricks per year.<\/p>\n<p>The complete installation was delivered by Ceratec as a turnkey project, and includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>layout<\/li>\n<li>engineering<\/li>\n<li>clay preparation<\/li>\n<li>construction of the building itself<\/li>\n<li>third-party machine integration<\/li>\n<li>belt conveyors and the supply system for the rotting silo<\/li>\n<li>all control systems<\/li>\n<li>assembly<\/li>\n<li>electrical control system<\/li>\n<li>Ceraview supervision software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The complexity of the project lay in its geographical location. The plant is located on a narrow plot of sloping land. Ceratec suggested modifying the classic layout to turn this disadvantage into a plus. This creative and cost-effective solution was one of the main reasons why the customer chose Ceratec over another supplier.
