All their customers benefit from a comprehensive service that includes ordering, storage and delivery of these products.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the expansion of their service capacity, it was necessary to increase the efficiency of internal logistics processes. Covivins called on Ceratec to build two fully-automated high-bay warehouses, one for pallets and the other for cartons, so that it could continue to grow in the future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RECEPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buffer zone and product identification<\/li>\n<li>Infeed via roller conveyors and turntables to the pallet shuttle loop, which :\n<ul>\n<li>or inserts pallets into the high-bay warehouse (3 MIAS cranes with satellite)<\/li>\n<li>or deposit them in the preparation area for carton storage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION\/PICKING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pallets are unloaded by robot and celluveyor, or unloaded manually at picking stations.<\/li>\n<li>The cartons are then labeled and sent to the carton warehouse (6 TGW Twister cranes).<\/li>\n<li>Kardex for storing special items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SHIPPING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On request, cartons are elevated to the picking tables, where mixed pallets are prepared.<\/li>\n<li>These are then sent via the shuttle loop to a coating machine, and then either back to the pallet warehouse or to transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ceratec was also responsible for all installation techniques (high-voltage cabinets, cabling, security, fire detection, access control, etc.).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","pays":[532],"solutions":[606],"secteurs":[755],"clients":[426],"business-unit":[536],"class_list":["post-14427","reference","type-reference","status-publish","hentry","pays-belgium","solutions-electrical-engineering","secteurs-logistics-warehouses","clients-covivins","business-unit-electrical-installations-en"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ceratec.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/reference\/14427","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ceratec.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/reference"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ceratec.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/reference"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ceratec.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14427"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"pays","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ceratec.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pays?post=14427"},{"taxonomy":"solutions","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ceratec.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/solutions?post=14427"},{"taxonomy":"secteurs","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ceratec.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/secteurs?post=14427"},{"taxonomy":"clients","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ceratec.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/clients?post=14427"},{"taxonomy":"business-unit","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ceratec.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/business-unit?post=14427"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
