We&#8217;re supported in developing the skills needed for a task, a job or a career move.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>His career at Ceratec<br\/><\/strong>&#8220;I started out as a draughtsman.\nAfter a few years, I started programming machines abroad.\nMy first project was US Tile Ione.\nFor 13 years, I always went abroad for commissioning at customer sites.<br\/>Since 2020, I&#8217;ve been Automation Manager.\nA completely different job, it&#8217;s as if I&#8217;ve changed companies, with new challenges and responsibilities that come with it.&#8221;    <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What he likes about his work<\/strong><br\/>&#8220;When the machine starts turning, it&#8217;s a real achievement. We&#8217;ve been working for several months and the machine works, that&#8217;s the culmination. We&#8217;re a big company, but it&#8217;s still a family business.
