Alesio is a Security Technician and has been with Ceratec for 4 years.

"My job involves going on site to customers to install, programme or maintain alarm systems, camera systems, access control and fire systems," he says.

My trajectory at Ceratec? During my specialisation year I did an internship at Ceratec and immediately after graduating I contacted them again. I was allowed to start immediately, despite not having any work experience. I started out as a system installer, but in the meantime I have become a technician and am more involved in programming.

What do I like about my job? It is a very family-friendly company, everyone is welcome here. And if you want to "make a career", that is certainly possible as long as you show what you have in store. That makes it fun and provides the necessary challenge!
