On the site of the former Ravel Textiles in Deerlijk, a new main building with 2200 m² of office space was built. The existing warehouses were given a rejuvenation cure and offer another 4000 m² of extra space. The ground floor of the office building consists of 750 m² of meeting rooms, staff rooms and a multipurpose room. On top of this are 2 floors of 500 m² each with landscape offices and a multifunctional space.
Right from the first design phases, Blue Oak Real Estate showed its great interest in sustainable energy use combined with a well-cared work comfort. Therefore, a modular climate ceiling, extensive lighting control and a modern home automation system were chosen.
